Opening Ceremonies

We're going to be opening up officially on Monday, so things are bustling! There are some things to know so you can know what to expect. First, we'll be opening up the doors at 10am. Tim Dorr will be available to take your info and answer any questions. Feel free to stop by at your convenience.

Also, we're still working out the membership agreement. We want to make sure it's going to encourage the best community to develop and that it provides everyone the basic protections they need. So, we might not have it ready for Monday. It will definitely be ready next week at some point and likely earlier in the week. Once it's ready (or if we hash it out in the next 48 hours), we'll put you into our system and email you the agreement to sign electronically.

Lastly, we're not quite done setting up the space. A few projects are still being worked on: We're busy constructing these cool custom metal benches, waiting for a few couches and more dedicated desks to come in, and have to clean up the downstairs. So, on Monday, we will be opening up the Loud Room only. There is plenty of seating and PowerSquids to plug into, and the wifi is up and running. You can come work all day, if you'd like.

We'll be giving out physical keys to start. We have a security system that will be installed and replace that setup with a keypad and automatically locks. Your security is paramount, so we're going to be building as secure a facility as we can manage.
